Computer Engineer, graduated from the University of the Republic. For 11 years he has occupied different architectural roles at IBM, he has worked as an application, integration, software and solutions architect at IBM Uruguay with a focus on the financial industry. He currently serves as CTO of Uruguay and Paraguay and leader of the IBM Innovation Lab, the IBM startup aimed at promoting the digital transformation of organizations through innovation and Journeys to Cloud, AI & Security. Since 2015, he has been part of the teaching team of the Systems Integration Laboratory (LINS), within the Computing Institute (InCo), School of Engineering, of the University of the Republic. Certified as an Expert Certified Architect by IBM and The Open Group, Watson Developer, Cloud Computing Reference Architecture, Enterprise Design Thinking Coach, Cloud Application Developer, DevOps Solution Advisor and IBM Blockchain Developer. Co-author of 2 IBM Redbooks: "Building Cognitive Applications with IBM Watson Services: Volume 7 Natural Language Understanding" and "Blockchain Developer 2018
